I guide people and teams through the power of breath, helping them reconnect to their body, release tension, and find calm and clarity in the middle of work or life.

After years in healthcare and on my own healing journey, I came to understand how transformative our breath really is. It’s always with us and when we learn to use it with awareness, it becomes a gentle anchor in our life. Something that grounds us, centers us, and builds inner resilience.
